Lady Brenda E. Strickland is the proud daughter of the late Mr. Theadous Clark and Mrs. Willie Ruth Hurt. She is married to Bishop Michael A. Strickland and they are the parents of three daughters, Briana Michelle, Morgan Lynn and Audria Hope Celeste.

“Lady B,” as she is affectionately called, is a graduate of Clayton State University where she earned a bachelor of science degree in integrative studies.  She was employed in the banking industry as banking specialist and manager for over 20 years, and is currently employed by Clayton County Government.

Lady B faithfully and diligently assists her husband in leading the congregation at Victory Tabernacle Church International to become “the church that God is pleased with and smiles upon.” She ministers to and empowers women to BE.  #beHer is one of her popular sayings in her t-shirt line. Lady B co-leads the Heart2Heart Women’s Ministry and directs the Outreach Ministry at Victory Tabernacle, and is faithful in all she does and puts her hands to do.  “Her children rise and call her blessed and her husband praises her in the gates.”

Lady B is a graduate of the second cohort of the International Association of Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’ Widows, Inc. Leadership Academy and has been appointed to various leadership positions in the Association at the local, state and international levels.  She serves as Financial Secretary in the Atlanta Chapter of Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’ Widows, executive secretary in the Georgia Association of Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’ Widows, and worship chair in the International Association of Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’ Widows, Inc. As Lady Brenda grows in Christ, she enjoys worship, serving, encouraging young ladies, speaking to married couples and empowering the people of God.  All glory, honor and praise belong to God as Lady B continues to do what she loves doing, that is being who God has called her to be.
